Angiography Technologist Days

Assignment Length - 8 weeks; Days

Los Angeles, CA

Our client is a 370 bed hospital and is part of one of the largest and most successful hospitals in the United States, with over 30 hospitals in over 10 states.

This hospital offers level II medical-surgical, orthopedic care, advanced cardiac services, peripheral artery disease treatment and OB/GYN services in a caring and conducive environment.

Job summary

• Intervention Radiology Technologist that can assist performing Angiography Examinations

Required Qualification

• At a minimum, a high school diploma and completion of a training program at an accredited school
• MUST have a current CPR and Venipuncture license
• ARRT Certified with specific certification
• Demonstrate competency in the use of all applicable aspects of the CIS, RIS, and PACS
• Certified in Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Minimum of two years of clinical X-Ray
• CRT Permit from the State
• Good understanding of providing superior patient care; comfort, safety, and confidentiality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, peers, and management

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 Years of experience.
• Candidates must have ARRT(R) certification, CA State Fluoroscopy Permit, and CRT.
• CA State Venipuncture permit
• BLS certification issued by AHA
