Job summary

Centinela Hospital Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, is hiring for an Angio/IR technician in the Inglewood, CA area. You will scrub and monitor during diagnostic and therapeutic Angio/IR procedures, ensure a prepared room, and support staff training. Prior Angio/IR experience is preferred, with required licensure, fluoroscopy permits, and ACLS/BCLS compliance.

Full-time position with day shifts. A comprehensive benefits package is provided and compensation is transparent per the role.

Qualifications

• Licensure and Fluoroscopy permit as required by State or equivalent.
• ARRT-R certification as required by State.
• Experience in Angio/Interventional Radiology preferred.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data in Angio/IR lab.
• Ensure procedure room is prepared and maintain instrument and supply par levels.
• Participate in staff meetings, performance improvement activities, and training of new staff.
• Assist in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive Angio/IR procedures.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the physician (Radiologist), will assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the Angio/IR lab. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and the training of new staff. Assists in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive Angio/IR procedures.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Licensure and Fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R as required by State.
• Previous experience in Angio/Interventional Radiology, preferred.
• BCLS (AHA or ARC) required upon hire and maintain current.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

The current compensation range for this role is $40.65 to $54.88. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
