Job summary

Centinela Hospital Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a professional to support Angio/IR lab procedures under a Radiologist. You will scrub or monitor physiologic/hemodynamic data and ensure the room is prepared for procedures, assisting in invasive and noninvasive Angio/IR work.

Requirements include state licensure with Fluoroscopy permit, ARRTR, BCLS, ACLS within 30 days, and proficient computer skills. Competitive benefits and full-time hours are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensure and Fluoroscopy permit required by State.
• ARRT-R required by State.
• Experience in Angio/Interventional Radiology preferred.

Responsibilities

Under the general direction of the physician (Radiologist), will assist by scrubbing procedures or monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data, as related to diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures performed in the Angio/IR lab. Ensures procedure room is adequately prepared for the procedure. Monitors par level of all instruments and supplies. Participates in departmental staff meetings and performance improvement activities and the training of new staff. Assists in all aspects of invasive and noninvasive Angio/IR procedures.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

• Licensure and Fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
• ARRT-R as required by State.
• Previous experience in Angio/Interventional Radiology, preferred.
• BCLS (AHA or ARC) required upon hire and maintain current.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required within 30 days of hire.
• Proficient computer skills.

The current compensation range for this role is $40.65 to $54.88. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
