The network includes surgical locations in Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill, and Little Falls, with flexible staffing options for anesthesiologists residing in the Albany, Binghamton, Utica, and Syracuse regions. Description

Job Responsibilities

• Join an established group of approximately 16 physicians and 25 CRNAs
• Participate in an anesthesia care team with a meaningful medical direction ratio, typically 1:2, with opportunities for solo work
• Manage a full spectrum case mix with a diverse patient population
• Call typically 3-4 times per month, with post-call day off
• Nocturnist support to reduce overnight shifts
• Opportunities to teach SRNAs, medical students, and residents in medicine and surgery
• Utilize EMR-EPIC system

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $600,000
• Sign-on bonus: up to $200,000
• Group employed model
