Job summary

AMN Healthcare is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens coverage in New York. The assignment offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30am to 5:00pm with on-call duties. The facility uses CPRS EMR and operates seven operating rooms under a physician-led team.

Board Certified or Board Eligible status, ACLS, and BLS are required. Start date ASAP with locum-tenens support to fill current needs in a busy hospital setting.

Qualifications

• ACLS required.

• CPRS EMR system experience.
• Unrestricted state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care within a physician-led team.

This facility is seeking an Anesthesiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Call and requirements: Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 5:00pm (call is required)
• Supervision vs independent: Physician-led team supervisory model
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): CPRS
• Certifications required: Board Certified/Board Eligible, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and a Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification is required
• Number of operating rooms: 7
• License required or accepting IMLC: Any unrestricted state license
