Job Summary

HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking talented, passionate CRNAs to join the established team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in beautiful coastal Port Charlotte, FL. Responsibilities and Opportunities

• Work within a staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists, and 16 CRNAs covering 10 ORs, Cath Lab, IR, and Endo. Approximate surgical volume of 8,000 cases annually.
• Perform a diverse range of cases including Cardiac, Orthopedics, General Surgery, Endoscopy, Neurosurgery, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. (No Pediatrics, OB, or Trauma cases).
• Practice autonomously at the top of your license, including performing blocks, lines, and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
• Schedule includes 4, 10-hour shifts plus beeper call for additional compensation, with one late case finish per week and a weekend beeper shift approximately every 1.5 months. Emergency cases are always physician-supervised.

• Competitive tiered base salary plus an additional $20K geographic stipend; $15K extra if cardiac proficient.
