HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking talented, passionate CRNAs to join the established team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in beautiful coastal Port Charlotte, FL. Opportunity Highlights / Qualified Candidates:

• Staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists, and 16 CRNAs covering 10 ORs, plus Cath Lab, IR, and Endo. Average surgical volume of 8,000 cases annually.
• Diverse case mix including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No Peds, No OB, No Trauma.
• CRNAs practice at the top of their license with autonomy, capable of performing blocks, lines, and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
• Current schedule: 4 days of 10-hour shifts plus beeper call for additional compensation. One late case finish per week, and a 48-hour weekend beeper shift approximately every 1.5 months. Calls involve true emergent cases with always a physician on-site.

Incentives / Benefits Package:

• Competitive compensation includes tiered base salary, a $20K geographic stipend, and a $15K cardiac proficiency stipend.
• Start date bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance.
• Eight weeks of time away from practice with no waiting period.
• Premium pay for work beyond scheduled shifts or extra shifts.
