Responsibilities

• Directs and manages the financial performance of the anesthesiology CRNA and CAA administrative functions.
• Assures appropriate department staffing; responsible for performance management of CRNA and CAA clinicians.
• Ensures departmental mission is met with high-quality outcomes.
• Develops and evaluates long-range business plans for the department.
• Maintains relationship between Shands Hospital and the UF COM Department of Anesthesiology.
