North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) SWAT Program is seeking anesthesiologists for a distinct travel opportunity across the Northeast region. Clinicians will work in a care-team model with a multispecialty team of physicians and CRNAs, delivering high-quality anesthesia care and supporting patient experiences.

Compensation includes a total rewards salary of $650K per year with a $140K sign-on incentive and a comprehensive benefits package, travel and lodging reimbursement, and loan

Formación

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Completion of Anesthesiology Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Current medical licensure.
• ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable).

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent.
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients.
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia.
• Monitor patient physiology and intervene as needed.
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Position Requirements Description North American Partners in Anesthesia (NAPA) is seeking anesthesiologists to join the NAPA SWAT Program. This distinct travel opportunity allows clinicians to practice collaboratively in a multispecialty team of physicians and CRNAs. Together, these clinicians promote positive patient experiences and deliver the highest quality of healthcare to the communities we serve across the Northeast region which includes CT, NH, MA and NY. Staff members work in a care-team model.

Total Rewards Salary: $650K per year

Case Assignments & Schedule:

• Schedule: vary based on location. Anesthesiologists may have one weekend per month in either a call capacity or as a regularly scheduled shift.
