Hire Consulting Services is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our well-established, collaborative anesthesia team serving as the exclusive provider of anesthesia services at a community hospital in Rutland, Vermont.

This full-time role includes day shifts with around 3–4 weekday call shifts per month, general, regional, and MAC anesthesia, preoperative evaluations, and close collaboration with surgeons, CAAs, and CRNAs in a team-based model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for surgical and procedural cases.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans.
• Administer general, regional, and MAC anesthesia.
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage hemodynamic stability.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nursing staff, CRNAs, and CAAs.
• Participate in shared weekday call schedule (3–4 shifts per month).
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation per hospital standards.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and credentialing standards.
