Job Summary

The total compensation range for this position is $577,000 to $620,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity. Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• Total Compensation package estimated to be $577k-$620k+, inclusive of base compensation and ample incentive opportunities (typically $50k+)
• Annual $5k for professional expenses
• MGB Cash Balance/pension plan valued at $15k-$40k+ annual contributions
• MGB will contribute to your 403(b) up to an additional $11,000
• 457b deferred compensation program available
• One-time Sign-On Bonus $75K on top of above

Call Expectations

• 72 call shifts per year (45 weekday/9 total weekends)
• 9 first call / 9 second call shifts per quarter
• First call: 24 hours (home/pager call with ~20-minute return time as needed) + post call day off (Mon - Thurs & Sun call shifts)
• Second call: 24 hours (onsite until ~3:30 pm or when released and then available by phone. Rare call-back)
