Health Here in Northampton, MA is seeking an anesthesiologist to join a collaborative, community-based team across operating rooms, endoscopy, and obstetrics. The role suits experienced physicians and residents completing training.

You will deliver safe, patient-centered anesthesia within a multidisciplinary team and maintain strong patient relationships, with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation incentives.

Formación

• MD or DO degree and completion of an accredited Anesthesiology residency.
• Board eligibility or certification by the American Board of Anesthesiology.
• Eligible for medical licensure in the state.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary between $545k-$555k, with potential to earn additional incentives
• Sign-on bonus of $75k
• Benefits including 10 weeks off, subsidized health plans, paid family leave, professional expense allowance, retirement contributions, and relocation incentives
• Eligible for PSLF program
