Overview

Anesthesiologist role at Physician Affiliate Group of New York, P.C. (PAGNY) with NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln.

Base pay range

$409,000.00/yr - $419,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• On-call responsibilities are well supported by three attendings in-house for nights and weekends.
• Two attendings manage main OR cases, while the third is dedicated to labor and delivery.
• Minimum of four calls per month required.
• Weekday calls: 3 p.m. to 7 a.m. (16 hours).
• Weekend calls: 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. (24 hours).
• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and residents work in a 1:2 supervision ratio.
• Approximately 40% of cases are performed solo and 60% under supervision.
• Anesthesiology residents from New York Medical College rotate through the facility.
• Five residents graduate per year; residents also take in-house call.
• Oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) rotators contribute to the educational environment.
