Job description

At Elite Anesthesia we provide a safer and better experience for dental and medical patients.

Come work for Elite where we support you in having a work/life balance. Monday to Friday cases, days typically start in the morning and end in the early afternoon. No on call, evenings, or weekends. This position would be 1099. We offer access to group benefits once full time including medical, dental and vision, and group malpractice rates. Elite provides supplies, monitors and medications. We are looking for an anesthesiologist who is local to and living in the Dallas Fort-Worth area.

We are looking for a provider in one of two situations:

1. We need someone with a flexible schedule, willing to be available for cases during the week (at least 3 days), preferably someone already doing per diem locally. This would start as PRN, or part time hours and would ramp up to full time hours.

OR

2. We would offer a monthly minimum guarantee for an anesthesiologist willing to give Monday through Friday, full time availability within the next 90 days.

Additional requirements:
Willing to drive all over the city, potentially multiple sites/day
Able to lift up to 40 lbs loading equipment in and out of your vehicle (supplies, monitors, medications) it’s on wheels once you get it out of your car.
Be very comfortable solo (no anesthesia tech or anesthesiologists around the corner!)
Be proficient in nasal intubations (or willing to learn)
Paper charting
Have lovely chair side manner working with anxious, dental phobic patients
Place your own IVs
Your anesthesia time includes recovering your own patients
Perform your own preop and postop phone calls
