Job summary

Dartmouth Health is seeking an Anesthesia Tech/Technician to support anesthesia teams by preparing patients for anesthesia, arranging medication supplies, and handling related clerical duties in the Department of Anesthesia. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with completion of a Surgical Tech or Anesthesia Tech program and BLS certification.

One year of related experience is preferred. The role offers full-time hours (40 per week) with a 6:00 am to 2:30 pm schedule, in Keene, NH,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of basic Surgical Tech. course or Anesthesia Tech training (OJT) required.
• One year experience as Surgical Technologist or Anesthesia Tech preferred.
• Must have BLS and NH Medical Technician Registry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of patients for anesthesia.
• Prepare special needs and supplies for patients in the OR.
• Assist in preparation of medication supplies and anesthesia-related clerical tasks.
