Job summary

HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking an Anesthesia Technician to support the anesthesia and surgical teams. You will prepare equipment, organize supplies, and help create a safe environment throughout the surgical journey.

Responsibilities include setting up anesthesia carts, assisting with patient transfers, and maintaining sterile, ready-to-use equipment. The role requires BLS and a high school diploma, with hospital-based patient care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or preferred.
• Experience with hospital patient care is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize anesthesia equipment and supplies based on surgery schedules.
• Set up and transport anesthesia carts and maintain equipment cleanliness.
• Assist patients with transfers, positioning, and monitoring devices.
• Respond quickly and confidently in emergencies.
• Maintain a safe, infection-controlled environment and protect patient privacy.
