Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an Anesthesia Technician II to support the anesthesia team at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, FL. This PRN Weekend position assists in maintaining anesthesia equipment, securing audio-visual gear, and supporting the surgical team during procedures.

Requirements include 1–2 years of Surgical Services experience and a High School Diploma plus Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. This role is located on-site at Baptist Medical Center South.

Qualifications

• Experience in Surgical Services (1–2 years).
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative maintenance to anesthesia-related equipment.
• Secure audio-visual and other equipment for each procedure.
• Assist in obtaining loaner equipment as needed.
• Properly decontaminate equipment as required.
• Assist surgical team with operation of anesthesia equipment.
