Baptist Health is seeking an Anesthesia Technician II to support our Anesthesia team at Baptist Medical Center South in Jacksonville, FL. This PRN Weekend position assists in maintaining anesthesia equipment and supports the surgical team.

Requirements include 1-2 years in Surgical Services, High School Diploma and Basic Life Support (BLS). The role is on-site at Baptist Medical Center South, South - Main Building, with weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Surgical Services experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative maintenance to anesthesia equipment and secure audio-visual and related equipment for procedures.
• Assist in obtaining loaner equipment as needed.
• Properly decontaminate equipment according to policy.
• Assist surgical team with operation of anesthesia equipment.
