Job summary

Harris Health System, Inc. in Houston seeks an Anesthesia Technician I to support the Anesthesiology Service by assisting anesthesiologists and CRNAs with the technical preparation for induction, intubation, and airway management.

The AT I demonstrates personal and professional effectiveness in a fast-paced clinical environment. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; Basic Life Support through a hospital-based AHA program; and one year of related experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of an Anesthesia Technology program preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification from a hospital-based AHA program.
• One year related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist anesthesiologists and CRNAs with preparation for anesthesia induction.
• Support airway management and intubation processes.
• Demonstrate personal and professional effectiveness in a clinical setting.
