Job summary

UC Health in Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Anesthesia Technician Assistant for the third shift in the anesthesia department at UC Medical Center.

The role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and basic healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of health care experience required.
• Basic knowledge of anesthesia gas machine.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed anesthesia providers in clinical settings (OR, PACU, OB, IR, ER, etc.).
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot anesthesia delivery systems and monitors.
• Maintain inventory and cleanliness of anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Prepare and position patients and equipment for anesthesia procedures.
• Support and anticipate the needs of anesthesia providers during procedures.
