Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required.
• 3-5 years anesthesia technician experience required and 2-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; knowledge of anesthesia equipment and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the anesthesia technical team, incl. recruitment, training, performance evaluation and development.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and maintenance of anesthesia equipment, supplies and medications.
• Ensure availability and proper function of anesthesia equipment (monitors, ventilators, machines).
• Develop and enforce SOPs and protocols for anesthesia technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.
