Job summary

Lexington Health seeks an Anesthesia Technician to support nurse anesthetists and anesthesiologists across the main OR, OB, and other hospital locations. You will prepare and maintain anesthesia carts, monitor equipment, and ensure clean, ready rooms under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Checks all OR rooms daily prior to OR starts for cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Cleans and checks anesthesia carts and machines daily per aseptic technique.
• Maintains the Anesthesia Work Room and supplies, ensuring organization and stock levels.
• Assists CRNAs and Anesthesiologists; coordinates with departments for equipment availability.
• Notifies supervisor of any equipment out of service and performs other duties as assigned.
