Job summary

The University of Kansas Health System is seeking an Anesthesia Technician Manager for the Day shift. You will oversee administrative and clinical functions, mentor staff, and collaborate with perioperative leadership to optimize patient care and resource use.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, maintain equipment readiness, manage budgets, and support Lean practices across sites to improve productivity and safety. A Bachelor's degree plus supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 3+ years as an Anesthesia Technician.
• 1+ year as Anesthesia Technician Supervisor, Lead or similar supervisory role.
• ACLS and BLS/BCLS certifications; ASATT certification within 1.5 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing and schedules in collaboration with Director and leadership.
• Mentor staff to pursue clinical excellence and improve patient satisfaction.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain safe anesthesia environment and equipment.
