Job summary

UF Health in Jacksonville is seeking an Anesthesia Technician II to support the CRNA and Anesthesiologist in delivering safe perioperative care. You will prepare and troubleshoot anesthesia equipment, coordinate supplies, and help maintain a smooth operating room workflow.

This role serves patients of all ages and requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to fast-paced change. A high school diploma and BLS are required; ACLS and ATT certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required.
• Less than 1 year health care experience required.
• Preferred: ATT certification and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to CRNA/Anesthesiologist to facilitate safe anesthesia delivery.
• Prepare, troubleshoot, and maintain anesthesia equipment and supplies.
• Assist in perioperative patient care across all ages and settings.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and manage tasks efficiently.
