Responsibilities

• Evaluates pre-operative patient assessments and plans anesthesia care with the MD.
• Administers anesthetics per established protocols.
• Monitors intraoperative patient status and adjusts care accordingly.
• Performs post-anesthesia evaluations and manages postoperative pain.
• Maintains anesthesia equipment and ensures safe operation.
• Documents peri-anesthesia care accurately and completely.
• Assists with positioning and transport of patients to the next care level.
