Ashton North LLC in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a full-time Anesthesia Assistant to join a well‑established Department of Anesthesiology. The position offers a competitive salary along with a signing bonus, loan assistance, and relocation support.

Responsibilities include assisting in anesthesia care under supervision, performing pre‑anesthesia assessments, equipment preparation, induction and emergence support, intraoperative monitoring, and post‑anesthesia care.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Anesthesia Assistant program is required.
• Eligibility for state licensure as required by Vermont regulations.
• National certification as an Anesthesia Assistant (if applicable).
• Current BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to function effectively within a team-based anesthesia care model.
• Commitment to patient safety and high‑quality care.
