University of Maryland Faculty Physician’s Inc. is seeking an ANES CRNA Services Coordinator to support the CRNA division with recruitment, credentialing, appointment and enrollment activities. This role collaborates with other departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The position emphasizes strong organization, data entry, communication, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes, renewals, and documentation for CRNAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of administrative experience.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Excellent organization and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and software used by the department.

Responsibilities

• Assists in administrative activities of the CRNA division, including recruitment, credentialing, events, promotions and appointment/status changes.
• Provides administrative support during CRNA recruitment and interview process, including forms and document communication.
• Supports the CRNA Division Chief administratively.
• Submits documentation for CRNAs' credentialing and updates filing systems.
• Assists with CRNA appointment/promotion processes and tracks hiring rosters and renewal letters.
• Updates onboarding and off-boarding checklists and supports implementation.

Job description

The ANES CRNA Services Coordinator supports the Department in the form of CRNA recruitment, appointment, credentialing, and enrollment, and other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions

• Assists in the administrative activities of the CRNA division, including recruitment, credentialing, events, promotions and appointment /status changes. These interrelated activities are performed with other departments or staff to ensure optimum efficiency and compliance with appropriate policies, procedures, and specifications.
• Provides administrative support as needed with the CRNA recruitment and interview process, such as assisting with preparing appointment recruitment forms and communication of required documents.
• Provides administrative support to the CRNA Division Chief.
• Submits necessary documentation for CRNAs' credentialing. Updates the credentialing filing system and provider listings.
• Assists with CRNA appointment and/or promotion processes, tracks hiring rosters and renewal letter process.
• Updates CRNA onboarding and off-boarding checklists and assists with implementation

The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/training and other qualifications.
