Qualifications

• One year in supervisory or leadership role required.
• Experience in fertility setting a plus.
• Must be qualified under CLIA to function as a supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Understanding of semen analysis and morphology.
• Processing semen for inseminations and IVF procedures.
• Knowledge of sperm freezing.
• Reproductive hormone analysis using an automated analyzer.
• Competing urinalysis.
• Maintaining instrument maintenance and calibration.
• Oversight of day-to-day laboratory operations and staff.
• Compliance with all Federal, state and local laws to ensure laboratory maintains accreditation.
• Lead all CLIA inspections.
• Manage and lead junior staff members with training, competency and proficiency testing.
