Job summary

You will manage lab records, uphold regulatory standards, and contribute to cryo storage operations while supporting additional lab duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science (medical technology).
• Experience in ART lab settings preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years laboratory experience preferred.
• Experience with sterile/aseptic techniques preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform andrology testing including semen analysis and morphology evaluation.
• Process semen, epididymal fluid, and testicular tissue for cryopreservation.
• Assist in intraoperative evaluation and timely processing of reproductive tissue.
• Conduct embryo fertilization and embryo quality assessments.
• Coordinate patient scheduling for lab tests and procedures; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Document and report test results to ordering physicians and laboratory director in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate, secure, and confidential patient records per regulations.
• Monitor and maintain cryostorage tanks; respond to alarms and elevate issues.
• Perform daily quality control procedures and ensure compliance with lab standards.
• Participate in specimen shipments and other assigned tasks.
