Robinhood is seeking talented Android Software Engineering Interns to join our award-winning team and help expand our mobile experience.

You will own meaningful work end-to-end — contributing to new features, shaping the Android platform, and building products used by millions of people every day. This role is based in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time degree program with expected graduation date Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Solid foundation in software engineering.
• Interest in front-end work and UX.
• Familiarity with Android components and building Android apps.
• Experience contributing to open-source projects.
• Familiarity with Kotlin, RxJava 2, Dagger 2, and related libraries.
• Self-starter with proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own meaningful work end-to-end on Android features.
• Collaborate with design team throughout the product lifecycle.
• Contribute to new features and impact how America views finance.
• Explore and build innovative Android UI/UX.
• Work with Kotlin, RxJava 2, Retrofit/OkHttp, Dagger 2, Room.
