2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking driven retail agents to promote Android OS devices and accessories across multiple Best Buy locations in San Diego, CA. The role emphasizes strong customer service, relationship-building with store leadership, and achieving sales targets.

Expect a demanding but rewarding schedule with four 10-hour shifts (Thu-Sun), daily travel between stores, and a driving role requiring your own vehicle and MVR checks. Competitive weekly pay and ongoing training are provided.

Pay: $23.50 Hourly

Weekly, monthly contests and incentives.

Schedule: Thursday - Sunday (four 10-hour shifts)

Work Location: San Diego, CA

This position requires a personal vehicle, insurance, and submission to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.

Daily travel to multiple stores and the ability to accommodate occasional overnight assignments are necessary.

• Drive Sales Growth: Effectively promote the Android OS devices and related products within assigned retail locations to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Cultivate Retailer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at Best Buy locations.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Ensure an excellent experience for end-consumers through retail partners by leveraging expert Android OS product knowledge and outstanding service.
• Maximize Product Placement: Optimize product displays and in-store presence to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.
• Provide Product Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor, educating Best Buy associates and customers on the features and benefits of Android OS devices and the broader Android ecosystem.
• Execute Sales Strategies: Implement and adapt sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
• Report and Analyze Sales Data: Track sales performance, analyze trends, and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.

Must possess reliable transportation for daily travel to multiple stores and be available for occasional overnight assignments – a valid Driver's License is required.
