Location & Employment: This position operates on a remote, contractual basis. Candidates must reside in the U.S., Canada, or countries within a few hours of the EST time zone.

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced editor passionate about mobile technology, including Android devices, wearables, apps, and emerging platforms. The Mobile Editor will lead a small team of writers, manage editorial workflows, and ensure the publication of high-quality, engaging Android content.

Responsibilities:

• Write and publish articles in various formats, including news briefs, guides, and tips, with original screenshots or photography when applicable.
• Lead the section's team of freelance and self-publishing writers, assign stories, review pitches, and provide editorial guidance.
• Edit articles for accuracy, readability, tone, and style consistency.
• Manage editorial workflows, review deadlines, and oversee content flow to maintain a balanced publication schedule.
• Monitor section performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to enhance growth and engagement.
• Participate in weekly editorial meetings, contribute ideas, and align with broader content strategies.

Qualifications:
