Job summary

Trade Republic, based in Paris, is seeking an experienced Android engineer to strengthen our mobile platform. You will contribute to the Android guild, ship reliable features, mentor peers, and collaborate across roles to ensure quality and timely delivery.

The role focuses on Kotlin-based native Android development with a strong JVM background, embracing an iterative, continuous delivery mindset within an agile team.

Qualifications

• 5 years of software engineering experience (preferably in the JVM).
• Experience with developed and shipped scalable features within a service-oriented architecture.
• Strong commitment to delivering reliable and maintainable software using an iterative development approach and continuous delivery.
• Experience with building platform services that act as a foundation for product development.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5 years of experience in software engineering (preferably in the JVM ecosystem)
• Experience with developed and shipped scalable features within a service-oriented architecture
• A strong commitment to delivering reliable and maintainable software using an iterative development approach and continuous delivery
• Experience with building platform services that act as a foundation and accelerator for product development (prior experience in platform/foundations-focused teams is a plus).
