About the Role

As an Android Developer, you will design, build, and deliver high-quality mobile applications on the Android platform. You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to create seamless, user-focused solutions that drive value for our clients. Your experience and passion for creating robust, scalable code will be key in delivering exceptional mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with external data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, usability, and general reliability
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
• Other duties as assigned

About You

Qualifications & Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in Android application development
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java, with a solid understanding of the Android SDK
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries
• Knowledge of Google’s Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• Experience with popular tools such as Android Studio, Git, and Gradle
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Effective communication skills and experience collaborating within cross-functional teams
