Job summary

Raas Infotek in Texas is seeking an experienced Android Developer to design, build, test, and maintain high-quality Android apps using Kotlin and Java. You will work closely with product, design, QA, and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions and robust mobile interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of hands-on Android development, strong knowledge of MVVM/MVP/Clean Architecture, Jetpack Compose, REST APIs, and modern testing frameworks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Android development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java.
• Expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack, and Android UI development.
• Strong understanding of MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose and modern Android development practices.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON, XML, HTTP, and mobile networking.
• Experience with databases such as SQLite, Room, or Firebase.
• Hands-on experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as JUnit, Espresso, or Mockito.
