Android Developer – Bridgewater, New Jersey (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Android Developer to contribute to our mission of transforming business processes through technology.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 5 years of real‑time experience in Android development.
• Strong knowledge of Android (Kotlin, Java), Android Studio, Jetpack Components, MVVM architecture, RESTful APIs, JSON, Retrofit, Room Database, Firebase, Material Design, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, Google Play Store submission, mobile analytics and crash reporting tools (Firebase Crashlytics), unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).
• Must be confident and technically strong; a coding test is required.
• Applicants on OPT/CPT/H4 EAD/TN/E3 or any other non‑immigrant visa needing H1B sponsorship for 2027.
• W2 only, no C2C/1099/3rd party companies.
• Open to H‑1B or H‑1B transfer if already on H‑1B.
