Job summary

Kelly, in Irving, TX, seeks an Android Developer to lead architecture and development of its flagship mobile banking app. You will drive technical decisions, build scalable Android solutions, mentor engineers and partner with Product, UX and backend teams.

Hybrid role with 2–3 days onsite per week; 12-month contract-to-hire. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of native Android experience, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, MVVM and multi-module projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional native Android development (Kotlin).
• Jetpack Compose, Coroutines and Jetpack libraries.
• MVVM, Clean Architecture and/or unidirectional data flow.
• Experience with multi-module Android projects.
• Strong production troubleshooting: memory, rendering, battery and performance.
• At least one Google Play Store application shipped/maintained.

Responsibilities
