Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant in the United States to support rapid growth of mobile connectivity and adoption of RBM across Android and cross-platform environments. You will establish, nurture, and expand technical partnerships with carriers, aggregators, and businesses to ensure broad ecosystem success.

US compensation ranges from $152,000 to $221,000 with a 15% bonus target, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in system design and writing code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Drive technical dimensions of major OEM partnerships, overseeing product launches, interoperability testing, and feature alignment. Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of messaging and video interoperability.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for messaging and video protocols. Guide partners through complex integrations, troubleshoot network and application layer issues, and deliver solutions that enhance cross-platform functionality.
• Bridge external partners and internal Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams. Translate technical requirements to develop tailored solutions that meet partner needs and advance core objectives.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on key performance indicators. Share the data with stakeholders to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel to partner sites to cultivate relationships, understand technical requirements, and provide support.
