Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to support rapid growth in mobile connectivity and cross‑platform success. You will partner with carriers, aggregators, and developers to drive RBM adoption and ensure interoperability across devices.

You will lead technical dimensions of OEM partnerships, guide integrations, and translate requirements to deliver tailored messaging solutions. Occasional travel to partner sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
• Experience in system design and writing code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Drive technical dimensions of major OEM partnerships, overseeing product launches, interoperability testing, and feature alignment.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of messaging and video interoperability.
• Guide partners through complex integrations, troubleshoot network and application layer issues, and deliver solutions that enhance cross‑platform functionality.
• Bridge external partners and internal Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business Development teams; translate requirements to tailored solutions.
• Travel to partner sites to cultivate relationships and provide support.
