Qualifications

• Extensive Android platform software development.
• Strong C/C++ and Java/Kotlin skills with Android build systems.
• Deep Android architecture knowledge: services, Binder/AIDL, HALs, init, SELinux, permissions.
• Experience integrating Android with BSPs, kernel drivers, SoCs, and hardware peripherals.
• Ability to profile and optimize embedded or resource-constrained systems.
• Experience designing telemetry/observability: logging, metrics, tracing, crash analysis.
• Excellent collaboration with distributed teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with Android Automotive OS or automotive components.
• Experience with Snapdragon platforms, vendor forks, GPU/media acceleration.
• Knowledge of hypervisors and multi-VM setups (Android guests with QNX/Linux).

Responsibilities

• Develop and debug Android platform software across AOSP layers.
• Profile, optimize, and troubleshoot embedded systems.
