McMenamins Anderson School in Bothell, WA is seeking a friendly Server to join our team. You will greet guests, seat them, take orders, serve food and beverages, and manage POS transactions in a busy, fast-paced environment. This role requires physical work and the ability to multitask, both indoors and outdoors.

Prior dining or hospitality experience is preferred. Must be 21+ and possess a Food Handlers Card (MAST).

Description of the Position

In general, every Server employee will handle tasks from opening to closing in a multi‑tasking environment. Duties include greeting guests, seating at the host station, providing knowledgeable service, taking food and beverage orders, delivering products promptly, serving food and drinks, bussing tables, restocking supplies, placing orders on a POS, collecting payment, dishwashing, general cleaning, working indoors and outdoors, maintaining customer relations, setting up and breaking down service areas, balancing bookwork at shift end, and turning in all receipts. The role requires physical work, mental agility, and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. A Server must work independently and as part of a team.
