Situated within the Student Affairs division, the Learning Commons is a collaborative, co‑curricular environment dedicated to student learning and support. Our community of colleagues strives to prepare and invest ourselves and our students with the sustainable learning skills necessary to succeed in college, career, and life.
The Anderson LC representative is the Learning Commons primary contact for TCTC students, staff, and faculty at our Anderson Community Campus service point. This frontline, patron‑focused position facilitates access to a wide range of co‑curricular services and supports. The successful candidate must display effective communication, collaboration, adaptability, creativity, self‑direction, confidentiality, commitment to helping others. Works under the general supervision of the Learning Commons Director. Functions in close collaboration with both Learning Commons colleagues and Anderson campus administration.
High school diploma, a strong investment in student support, and a service orientation.
Bachelor’s degree, and prior experience in an academic support and/or library setting.
