Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of four years management experience preferred.
• Strong supervisory abilities and leadership skills.
• Experience managing personnel and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations at Anchorage terminal to ensure safety and profitability.
• Manage staff including drivers, terminal workers, and office personnel.
• Coordinate deliveries and driver assignments to meet commitments.
• Ensure compliance with personnel policies and recordkeeping.
• Monitor inventory variances and assist purchasing coordination.
• Resolve customer issues and maintain service levels.
• Maintain supplier relations and monitor financial performance of the terminal.
• Participate in marketing communications and maintain firm appearance and safety standards.
