Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Sales Associate – Relief Sales Rep in Anchorage to support route coverage, merchandising, and customer relationships. This role requires driving to accounts, maintaining product knowledge, and delivering on sales objectives.

The position is full-time in Anchorage, with standard benefits and opportunities to participate in incentive programs. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the day are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required; minimum of 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rotate and merchandise Columbia Distributing products in assigned accounts.
• Provide route relief for Sales Representatives as scheduled.
• Interact with internal/external customers and suppliers with professionalism.
• Maintain industry knowledge on beer, non-alcoholic beverages, and market trends.
• Submit required reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, MVPs, and mileage logs by due date.
• Monitor and manage inventory and comply with MVP standards.
