BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. offers a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates who have NCLEX scheduled or passed in the United States.

The program is the only paid, new graduate residency in home care accredited by ANCC and includes one-on-one nursing support, shadowing, and paid training. Residents benefit from weekly pay, flexible scheduling after a 6-week training period, and access to comprehensive benefits while gaining hands-on experience with adults and pediatrics in a home health

Competenze

• RN license in the U.S. and graduation from an accredited nursing program are required.
• CPR certification in good standing is required.
