BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. offers an exclusive Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates who have scheduled or passed the NCLEX in the United States. It is the only paid, new graduate residency in home care accredited by the ANCC.

The program includes one-on-one nursing care, paid training and shadowing, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling after our 6-week training. Requirements include a U.S. nursing license and CPR in good standing; BAYADA provides PTO, medical, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program
