BAYADA Home Health Care’s Nurse Residency Program is a paid, exclusive opportunity for U.S. nursing graduates with scheduled or passed NCLEX. It is the only home health care residency program accredited by ANCC.

The program includes one-on-one nursing care, paid training, shadowing, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling after a six-week training period, with state-of-the-art electronic charting and ongoing clinical support.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.
