Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication, professionalism, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
• Knowledge of gross anatomy and histology laboratory processes.
• Ability to monitor and maintain donors and anatomical specimens.
• Ability to plan and coordinate labs and schedules.
• Experience with safety compliance and training.
• Administrative record keeping in medical fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of anatomy labs, scheduling, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory requirements, and training documentation.
• Support summer dissection and TA programs, onboarding, scheduling, and timesheets.
• Manage lab spaces, equipment, inventory, and facility readiness.
• Oversee setup and maintenance of lab equipment and materials.
• Provide quality control and process improvements for safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate with external partners on cadaver handling and transport.
• Develop budgets for supplies, equipment, and personnel expenses.
• Supervise lab technicians and conduct performance evaluations.
• Conduct inspections and hazard assessments to ensure compliance.
