Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in anatomy or a related discipline; must be defended before start date.
• Experience teaching cadaver dissection to medical or health-profession students preferred.
• Education tech or imaging/embryology knowledge is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach gross anatomy, including dissection-based instruction, for COM and MSMHS programs.
• Develop formative and summative assessments to evaluate student learning.
• Serve as a module or course director as appropriate; mentor students in research.
• Engage in scholarly activity and seek intramural and extramural funding.
• Participate in curriculum development and contribute to departmental service.
