Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of clinical leadership experience.
• 5+ years of clinical laboratory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; licensure as Lab Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Leads pathology laboratory services within a major health system.
• Oversees budgets, staffing, capital equipment, and resource planning.
• Ensures compliance with CAP, Joint Commission, and state/federal regulations.
• Maintains staffing, competency, proficiency testing, and instrument performance.
• Applies Lean, workflow design and CQI to improve efficiency and service quality.
